Icelandic singer-songwriter and actress Björk has started work on a brand new studio album. Björk is working on the record with Venezuelan producer Arca, aka Alejandro Ghersi, who is known for his work with Kanye West and FKA twigs.
Arca confirmed the news on Twitter, saying: just to clarify! rather than “sole producing,”@bjork and I are coproducing music together! just a quick correction to phrasing !! *curtsie*”
Björk, arguably Iceland’s biggest export, released her last studio album, Biophilia, in 2011. The album peaked at number twenty-seven on the US Billboard 200.
