Streaming: Sophie Ellis-Bextor Covers New Order’s “True Faith”

Pop diva Sophie Ellis-Bextor has been covering New Order’s 1987 hit “True Faith” live for a while now, but today we can hear it in all its studio glory. Just like Kylie’s recent cover of “Bette Davis Eyes”, Sophie has recorded the song for BBC Radio 2′s Sounds of the 80s compilation CD.

New Order released “True Faith” in 1987 as a single off their compilation album Substance. While the song was quite successful in the United Kingdom, the track stalled at number 32 in the United States.
